If you start SCID and paste FEN into the board and then bring up an analysis
engine and click "Finish game" (the "blue arrow"), it works.
However, start up SCID, paste FEN into the board and bring up an analysis
engine and then click "annotate" button to change the "think" time for the
engine before you click finish game. Now, click OK to return to the analysis
window and click "finish game". Oops -- nothing happens. You must restart SCID
in order to have "finish game" work.
Also, finish game after working the first time, will not work again without
restarting SCID.
Can anyone else reproduce this behavior?
