Sure! But I have no idea to what extent phalanx-scid
has started deviating from phalanx, and for what good (probably
some stuff for scid's tactical game feature).

* Correction of a typo in the initial position string (not
that relevant since the engine will receive a fresh start
board from scid anyway) but with cli playing it is needed.
* New implementation of a nonblocking stdin that can
run without POSIX runtime support.
* Handled compiler warnings
