I've actually been a TeX/LaTeX user for many years, so I DO have it installed. But I venture to guess that most users-- particularly Windows users-- don't.
As for the printing-- I can see a use for more features for auto-diagrams for both HTML and print purposes, but the latter is probably less used now.
