Hello, You're right in saying that I am hinting at something like a combination of unique and natural keys. Never thought of that.
I believe the smart duplicate detection problem is not solvable, at least not in a logical way. We need reality to tell us at what move Bardeleben exactly resigned against Steinitz. The same goes for TWIC's tendency to publish absurd partial games. And even if we do solve the smart duplicate detection problem, I think we need humans to collaborate together to build something like a global repository. Think of Wikipedia, but where every entry would be a chess game. For my own edification, I'd like to see some references on "discovery of computer networks". Sounds very interesting. -- lapartiedujour.blogspot.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Learn how Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) One Node allows customers to consolidate database storage, standardize their database environment, and, should the need arise, upgrade to a full multi-node Oracle RAC database without downtime or disruption http://p.sf.net/sfu/oracle-sfdevnl _______________________________________________ Scid-users mailing list Scid-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/scid-users
