No. Scids NLS is actually done in a former area and really requires some 
additions to both the tcl and even the C++ backend. It's not terribly 
difficult but also not entirely trivial. Starting out by a localized 
version of english.tcl is however the starting point, and once a 
language is known to Scid it is actually enough to keep this cloned tcl 
file up to date.

I'll send you the spanish.tcl right from cvs in a personal mail. Open it 
in your vi, ahm editor of choice, and search for lines starting with

# ===== TODO

After each such line a tag is missing translation. Just translate the 
english text to spanish and once you're done please send me the file 
back. Would be nice if you could make it say till friday as we'll try to 
pack up Scid 4.3 very soon.
