Acutally, that is IMHO the reason why it doesn't make to much sense to 
set it up that way. Even if we support it out of the box you end up with 
the necessity to initiate a direct IP connection between two PCs. "Hi X, 
what's your IP today? . o O (IP, what the hell is an IP?) Ahm, just a 
second I've to look it up..."  ;)

Why not use FICS for this? It's free and IMHO easier to all involved. It 
would also allow to play with people who use their Android or iPad or 
whatever where no Scid port is available.
