You should take a look at Scid on the Go for Android.
This is a wonderful tool. I really like the Study mode. So far, I've
studied Ruben Fine's games and am sifting through Kramnik's. I blame it
for my tendinitis.
The direct connection to TWIC and ChessOK is useful too.
The same author built a PGN viewer that is quite sexy too.
