SCID requires TCL. Unless you can find TCL or IOS, forget that idea.

SCID on the go is written in Java, using SCID's database code, 
presumably (I'm no Java expert) as a JNI.

If IOS has Java-ME you might be good to go with that, but otherwise you 
have to write a UI from scratch or adapt an existing one (that's what 
SCID on the go does).
