Hi Fulvio,

Alexander approached me about merging the two projects,
asking how i would do it. We had some discussion, and i said this
the only way i could see how to do it.

Sadly, there is no true "merge". The projects are too complicated.
A lot of yours, Alex's and Gerd's code is already merged into my project anyway.

I guess it's up to Alex to have a say.
