What is "fast mode"? I use "Open base as tree" from the File Menu. Could not 
find an option like this. I use 3.6.23, btw.

See my example below. After 1.e4 d5 there is NO move 2.d4 in my move list in 
the tree. My database has 8000 games starting with 1.d4 d5 2.e4 (and of 
course the move 2.e4 IS listed in the window after 1.d4 d5).

But again, this "fast mode" may kill me. Please point me to where to switch it 
off.

Surely, I am ok with these transpositions, but imho illegal transpositions are 
better not shown.
