Indeed in 3.6.24. Sorry.

For the function to work it is (as far as I get it) only
imporant, that the base is sorted by ECO first and then
other crieria do not matter. However, resorting a larger
RefDB that also gets continous updates now and then is IMHO
a bit impractical, therefore I do not use that feature
myself.
