It says that it is finding the headers in /usr/include.  It doesn't  
say where they came from.  For starters, do 'ls -l /usr/include/tcl.h'  
and 'ls -l /usr/include/tk.h' and let me know the output. While you're  
at it, do 'ls -l /usr/lib/libtk*' and see what that shows as well.
