I tend to repeat myself, but the first step is to get the data. Then to see
if there is some advantage in maintaining it in a centralized server. And I
don't think so. I see no use case.

The only one I see right now is to offer the same service as
http://www.shredderchess.com/online-chess/online-databases/endgame-database.html
because here there is a real added value (that is a function that Scid does
not offer) and not a duplication of Scid functionalities on the web.
