There was a bug in CVS, here since some time ... Not related to UTF or PGN
files. It also affected bases (without corrupting them).
It is due to piece translations in C code (when refreshing PGN window). It
is now fixed in CVS.
This affected all languages different from en, fr, es, de, it, ne, cz.
Let me know if there is still a problem, I don't like testing "weird"
languages.
