Since you're asking, here is a problem with the FICS window : When I only observe games, I keep the FICS window docked under the board. There, I can use the main console of FICS and issue commands with big lists, like who or games, with sufficient window width. But when I play a game, I keep the FICS window docked to the right, because I need to see the time of the clocks. But then, I don't have enough width to use the main window. For instance, it's tough for me to communicate with my opponent, or simply finger him.
So I would like to be able to have a docked FICS window that can help me see : + clocks when I play + messages that my opponent sends me + big lists that FICS rely on to know who's here and who's playing I am sure I could come up with more suggestions, but that would be a very big improvement. PS: Cicking on the games seems neat ! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Open Source Business Conference (OSBC), March 24-25, 2009, San Francisco, CA -OSBC tackles the biggest issue in open source: Open Sourcing the Enterprise -Strategies to boost innovation and cut costs with open source participation -Receive a $600 discount off the registration fee with the source code: SFAD http://p.sf.net/sfu/XcvMzF8H _______________________________________________ Scid-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/scid-users
