They aren't on my version of Scid (Mac version). This things are in Scid.app/Contents/Resources/share/scid/html Please keep the full quoted text so I don't have to retype or search again for the source.
What about the other issues such as (this would make it easier for the average user): - I had to dig in the Scid package to find the files in the HTML folder. I guess it should be automatically done: ie in the saving dialog the user would simply put a name for the folder, the html file would be created (ie index.html) and all the necessary files would be imported (images, css, js if needed).
