scid.sourceforge.net is and remains the official site, with links to other
relevant site(s).

The wikis I tried, when using simple data structures (even simple files),
were really limited regarding
- users management
- editing
- ease of use.

I don't know pmwiki but hope it does not have those drawbacks.
