If you use latest CVS, please let me know if you encounter this again. I 
hardened Scid's code in case the bug was due to Scid. Moreover if you 
encounter this bug, please try to send me the console output (if you run 
Scid from command line. My guess is that FICS may send special 
characters I may not have correctly handled.

I did not this workaround. Can be pretty useful.
