This is strange, since this happens every time I start an engine to
double check a game.  I then put the analysis box at the bottom and it
dances.    I forgot to mention that I always Toga.  So it's Toga's
window.

The configuration file is basically the one that comes by default,
except that I changed the size of the board.
With autoresize=off, the behavior should stop.  I'll do more testing
at the job, as I don't have Windows at home, then come back.
