Ok. Looks like a bug in tkimg on Mac. :( Seems strange to me that this

Absolutely none. I just tried to find a difference for the working ones
and those broken, and there it is. Probably you could rise a bug for
your Tcl/Tk packages for the maintainer to get it fixed?
