@Franz: YES! the encoding in your attached Bildschirmfoto2.png is 
correct slovak! it is exactly how it should look like! great - now how 
did you manage this, and can you show me how to?

@Alexander Wagner: no, the characters in your attached funnychr.png are 
exactly the wrong output i am getting here too.
