I confirm that it lost resizability, but on my box it first opens up as
a small frame and then gets resized to proper size and all controls fit
the window on my box.
I use classical mode, does your problem result in docked mode? If so,
does it happen in classical mode as well?
(BTW: could one avoid this resizing? It happens to all windows that open
up, I think since we have this docking ability. It just gives a flicker
all the time... A bit annoying, but not mission critical.)
