Could anybody clearly point out differences between scid and scidvspc and weather the last is being tested against Linux. vsPC sounds little like "for Windows". I'm using scid on Linux only and don't want it to stop working after merge or be removed from Debian repository. >Oh yeah - we now have a working Visual C++ makefile if >anyone wnats to compile the project themselves (thanks Gerd >and Ted Wong. See ScidvsPC svn Makefile.vc for more info). SCID must be build-able using tools available in Debian! BTW: I'm using scid on Kubuntu sience over year and did not experience even single crash.
