A code merge is impossible. It was discussed then, and i have no wish
to reopen this.
It was all instigated by Alex Wagner.

I have been a little hard on your project.
I made the above change because of the above sentiment , and moreover
i feel your code is now maturing. For a long while it has been fairly unstable.

How do you reckon that ? I have appended no (c) to the file.
The same file in Scid git has no (c).
I have a hunch the origins of this file are from the Tcl wiki, which has a very
lax copyright, and may be why Pascal never added a (c) line.

I have said alrady, if you wish to assert your copyright more strongly,
please advise me of the files, and i will include a copyright F.B for you.
