Looking at the crash report i saw that both those library are loaded:
Tk (8.6.3 - 8.6.3)
libtkimg1.4.2.dylib (1.4.2)

and this is bad because tkimg is a library for tk 8.5; that's why i 
suggested it.
The crash is inside the tcl/tk library, not from scid code (Tcl_Panic) 
and that's why i still believe it is a problem of tcl/tk installation.

Maybe you could look in the directory:
/Library/Frameworks/Tcl.framework/Versions

if there are both the 8.5 and 8.6 versions installed and try to install 
just one version.
