How can I do? > Hi, changing SCID translations do not require re-compiles, so it's preatty easy: 1) Open the language file with a text editor, for example /tcl/lang/italian.tcl 2) Improve translations, for example line 14 is: menuText I FileClose "Chiudi" 0 {Chiude un database Scid attivo} and should be menuText I FileClose "Chiudi" 0 {Chiude il database attivo} 3) Untranslated messages are prefixed with: # ===== TODO to be translated ===== so they can be easily found. 4) Save the file 5) Launch Scid and verify that the updated translation is correct.
