Thanks, Fulvio!

New users should beware that to prevent SCID from loading the example
database, they need to:

- go on the new Gamelist window;
- click on Show/Hide databases (the book icon);
- right-click over the example database;
- unselect "Load at startup"

Selecting "load at startup" will of course load the database at startup.

This feature does not to load a database as tree. It will load the
database, but not the tree. To load the tree:

- select the database you want to open as a tree to make it active [^note];
- open the Tree Window either by pressing CTRL-T or via the Windows menu

There might be a way to order the loading of the databases so that the last
one loaded is the "opening book," so this step might be a way to bypass
this step. However, the Tree window needs to be reopened each time, I
believe. I can't save my layout with it open, and I can't save it as an
option.

Having that option (say in Options/Windows/Startup) might be nice. Being
able to load a specific "encyclopedia" might be even better. This would
lead to the idea of using specialized SCID databases get specialized:
openings, endings, studies, problems, tactics, etc.

I don't know if there's a difference between "load a database as tree" and
loading a database with the tree window opened, as I am only starting to
use masks, which is not a simply task.

In any case, since SCID 4.6.0, I experienced very few crashes. When I
mostly was my fault. I was pushing SCID a bit too far: processing big files
while the engine running wild with a very big cache and lots of tablebases
hits, etc.

Great work!
