That would be great. I don't know about the differences in the languages,
so you are welcome to update the existing one (which hasn't been done
for a long time), or make a new one - whichever you prefer.

It's probably easiest if you just alter tcl/lang/portbr.tcl with your
changes, then i will commit them, or create a new translation from
your file (if you think this is best).
