I sense a misconception. There is no obligation from Red Hat to act on your bug reports. You are not a customer, you are nobody to them. To become a customer, you have to pay money, purchase licenses, purchase paid support, etc. K.O.
Hi Konstantin, No misconception. Whenever I post to Red Hat's BZ, I clearly state that I am "coming from the community". I basically throw myself on their mercy. I have been very impressed with the amount of stuff they have fixed for me. This is one of the reasons why I would hate to go to another disto. (That and all the intellectual property I would lose.) It is in Red Hat's interest to pay attention to bugs posted from the community. It assists with Kaizen (constant improvement). On the bright side, I did figure out Wine 32 on SL7. -T -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Computers are like air conditioners.
