"perf" command in SL

Hi,
According tot he wikipedia entry for "perf", it should be available in kernels 
> 2.6.31
Currently, the installed kernel on my SL-6.3 is  SL-6.3 
2.6.32-279.5.1.el6.x86_64. However, there is no package for "perf" or 
"linux-tools".
Do you have any idea?
