I'm still using SL4.4, don't have SL5 beta yet. But I think you can try

Call me old fashioned, but I still prefer the old style integrated internet application suite that Mozilla used to be and that is continued in seamonkey. It should be possible to take a src rpm from one of the Fedora extras repos and compile that for SL5.
