If you're saying that myself, and the other people on the forum aren't
serious about it, then you are out of line imo.  Changing the domain is, and
has been under consideration.  Remember, the forum is basically just a Q and
A session relating to desktop/workstation users' problems, primarily.  This
is the official channel for announcements and what-not, so i don't see that
_any_ community splitting is going on whatsoever.  Expansion, yes.  Problems
could be duplicated, yes...but I think if I started forwarding forum posts
here, there would be quite a stir over it.
