Hello,
We are putting qemu-kvm, libguestfs and all their dependencies into
testing so that people can test things out before they going into
the security errata repository next week.
In order for this update to take effect, you have to shut down all
your virtual machines. After all the virtual machines are
completely shut down, start them up again for this update to take
effect.
We plan on pushing this security update out on Wednesday, July 6, 2011.
To test or update
SL6
-------
yum --enablerepo=sl-testing update qemu\*
yum --enablerepo=sl-testing update "*guest*"
or you can download rpm's by hand at
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/6rolling/testing/x86_64/qemu/
libguestfs-1.7.17-17.el6
Thanks. I will test this. libguestfs-winsupport is still missing
though?

Rich.
I had forgotten that one (it has a different release number so it didn't
get pulled in.) It is now up in testing with the rest and will get
pushed out with the rest on Wednesday.
