Hi All,

Anyone know of a source of up to date RPMs for Wine?

Many thanks,

I need at least 1.4rc5. See
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18231

Tag, you may be "it" for building it, creating the RPMs, and testing it.
It appears to be off TUV's radar screen. The flip comment would be "tbanks
for volunteering"; but, I figure that's a bit much for this venue.

Seriously, I suspect that is what you are going to have to do. Check and
see of Fedora has the later material so you can adapt it to SL6. You may
need to check to see if that recent a wine version is compatible with the
kernel level SL6 uses, too.

Just heard back from Andreas Bierfert, the maintainer of
Wine for FC and RHEL:

He is planning on supporting 1.4 or 1.4.1 when it
1.4 gets out of the RC phase. So, patience is now
the issue.

Todd, doesn't that mean you can look for those versions of Wine in SL7, maybe?
