guys,
i have 2 tb external drive which was working fine
It may be dead. External drives are often very cheap hardwaer, basically
designed as throwaway drives.
Consumer versions often are. We use external "non-consumer" drives
either for semi-archival storage or for transfer of full directory
structures -- more feasible with a USB 3 interface. We typically use
portable enclosures for the same quality of SATA drive that we put into
workstations, typically just below the "enterprise" quality that we use
in servers. We do not use enclosures that obtain power from the USB
port, but rather have an external power supply connected to the same
mains circuit (and safety U-ground -- USA NEMA 5-15 mains) as the
machine to which we connect to minimize earth potential differences.
Thus far, we have good luck with such drives, having no less reliability
than those in a regular computer, provided the external drive is not
subjected to impact damage. Did the post include the model and
specifications for the external drive?

The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).
The file system wasn't safely closed on Windows. Fixing.

Failed to read NTFS $Bitmap: Input/output error
NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a
SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware. In the first case run chkdsk /f on Windows
then reboot into Windows twice. The usage of the /f parameter is very
important! If the device is a SoftRAID/FakeRAID then first activate
it and mount a different device under the /dev/mapper/ directory, (e.g.
/dev/mapper/nvidia_eahaabcc1). Please see the 'dmraid' documentation
for more details.
if i connect in windows it ask to format disk
this is my fdisk -l output
