Well, is this whole thing about having done it all before supposed to refer to alternative realities/possibilies, or a spiritual recycling of reality? If the latter, then that would "explain" away any scientific arguments--all you have to do then is believe in a god! :)

How can you have Starbuck exist multiple times with a ship of the exact same technology? That alone would be so astronomical that there isn't enough room on earth to have space for the zeros. Just the sheer randomness of the world allow us to exist. However even if you were to have the same people get together in chronological order over and over again to create you it may not happen.
