[Scikit-learn-general] Cache Size argument of SVM/SVR

Hi everybody.
When I commited something today that I thought fixed an inconsistency in the docs, 
Mathieu pointed out that the cache_size parameter was removed from the SVM
functions. (It seems that it was still in the .fit method of the SVM)

What was the reason for the removal?
It seems that the cache size has a strong impact on runtimes in LibSVM,
according to the lasvm paper by Bottou et al <http://leon.bottou.org/publications/pdf/jmlr-2005.pdf>.
