How would one go about fixing this? It only happens rarely for me now, but
to fix, I do a rough combination of (off top of head, so command probably
wrong):
- rm -R /usr/local/lib/python2.X/dist-packages/scikits.learn*
- rm -R build/ dist/
- python setup.py build
- python setup.py install
- sudo make
