Hello,
This is an email to remind prospective GSoC students that getting a
non-trivial patch merged into scikit-learn master is a *requirement* for
your GSoC application to be eligible.
Two possible ideas are:
- https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/issues/325 (argmin and
argmax functions in pairwise module)
- https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/issues/743 (average function
in pairwise module)
