I'll point out here, as a warning, that when I get some free time I will be
bugging quite a few people about older bug fixes that I think have been
done. I have a feeling a few of the lower numbered ones have either been
done or are not relevant.

To add to the conversation, progress on this would be great:

You would learn a lot about different modules in sklearn, as well as good
coding practises.
