Yeah. We get a lot of pull requests, but they are seldom about increasing
test coverage. Actually, I must confess that I try to prioritize more
pull request that focus on code maintenance rather than adding new
features.

Certainly not. I have no tests failing on my box, but it is no reference
and having no tests failing on your system is very important I believe.
I think that anybody who has failing tests should mention it.
