You are still talking about GPUs in your proposal. As I said in the other thread, that won't happen. How did you plan to achieve that? Certainly not using Numba Pro? I think integrating the two PRs would be great, but I am not sure if these would be good for a GSOC, and Lars didn't want to mentor afaik.
