Sorry I had read the emails too quickly.

Maybe we can release 0.14 with windows binaries for Python 2 only and
fix the Windows + Python 3 issues for a 0.14.1 release?

I would need to download a whole bunch of software (Python 3.3 and
windows visual c++ 2010 express) to get to reproduce the issue and I
cannot do that over my poor 3G connection.
