Hi Jake,

I would love to attend PyCon this year again and help teach
tutorial(s) on scikit-learn as well.

We can submit a two-parts tutorial as we did last year for PyCon
(Intro + Advanced) but reusing more of the material from the SciPy
sessions.

Any other person interested?
