Hi all,

I've started looking at some easy issues to solve to get accustomed with
sklearn code, as I really like the work you are doing and I'd like to start
contributing regularly. Is there anything easy (bugs, documentation, etc)
in particular that you'd like to have fixed?
I looked at the easy tag on the Issues page and it's a bit outdated, so I'd
first like to have so advices from you all if it's not too much of a
problem.

Also, I noticed that under the Development section in the /README.rst there
is no link to CONTRIBUTING.md or to the doc page on the website, which may
confuse some people coming from a search on Github (I was). Vlad pointed
out that it is visible on the PR page on Github, but wouldn't it be better
to have it when starting to set the environment to develop?

Best,
Nantas
