Is that why now suggested reviewers are added to PR? I've googled and found this https://github.community/t5/How-to-use-Git-and-GitHub/Use-codeowners-to-suggest-reviewers-NOT-automatically-assign/td-p/11503 Is that the criterion used to populate suggested reviewers?
