This is a SciTE (application) rather than Scintilla (component) issue. The SciTE mailing list is at http://mailman.lyra.org/mailman/listinfo/scite-interest The behaviour is as intended. Monospace font mode is a temporary lightweight visual mode that is not supposed to affect other features.
