While working on variable sized style buffers, I noticed that in SplitVector.h, neither GapTo(), nor InsertValues() check the position value. It's fine for GapTo (being that it is protected), but InsertValues needs to check, otherwise some foolish user can use the method to fill main memory with NULLS until the program segfaults.
