BTW, actually looking at what VS does is instructive - it has two
"modes" of operation:
1) Ctrl+Tab does the "flipping between two files" described above
2) HOLDING Ctrl down and doing repeated presses of Tab gives the
"walking through all tabs" behavior
So it is possible to deliver both behaviors... :)
I think VS.NET has just one behaviour. It walks the tabs in MRU order,
as with Alt+Tab, with buffer activation counting as "use", and the order
not being recomputed until you release the keys.
