Thats odd, it works for me on this file: "-rw-------   1 root
root       102 Aug 13  2005 test" when running as non root - pops up a
dialog saying it could not open the file and if I click ok, all is
well. However, it does still list that file as open in its own tab
just like when you try to open a non-existent file.
